Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return and refund policy with a 100% money back guarantee for customer satisfaction for all items ordered on g1nutrition.com. Consumers may be responsible for return shipping. All returns are refunded back to the original card used for purchase. Funds can take up to 10 business days to be processed and returned.

Returns – Lifetime Guarantee Products
For products with a lifetime guarantee, they must be properly registered according the “Lifetime Guarantee
Registration Card Instructions” included with the product, within 30-days of receipt of the product. If the product
was properly registered, we will replace it at no cost at any time. Limited one lifetime guarantee replacement per
customer. If a lifetime guarantee product that is properly registered needs to be refunded, we will offer a full refund,
less shipping, for a period of 12 months from date of receipt of the product.
